Why are most people unhappy in their jobs? Besides the fact that most people are not doing something they are passionate about, they are only getting paid what an employer has determined was the least amount of money they could pay you and still have you show up and perform to an AVERAGE standard. Let me repeat that, THEY FIGURED OUT HOW LITTLE THEY COULD PAY YOU AND STILL GET YOU TO SHOW UP.
